Mediation helps people resolve
conflict & find common ground.
Mediation allows for flexible, creative, "out-of-the-box" solutions and problem-solving that meet specific interests, beyond the limited remedies a court can offer.

Mediation is fair, neutral, and fosters collaboration. All parties have control over the process and outcome with the goal of finding a 'win-win' for everyone.
Mediation is confidential and completely voluntary. A mediator is a neutral third party who assists in reaching a voluntary, mutually beneficial resolution.

Mediation can save time and money, avoiding costly litigation and legal fees.
